All legislature powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Legislature 2 House of Representatives chosen every 2 years by people of several states. Representatives most me age of 25 years and 7 years of United States citizen. Inhabitant of the state in which shall be chosen. Each state one Representative. Power of impeachment.
Legislature 3 House of Senate 2 senators for each state, 6 years term , 1 vote. No person shall be a senator who shall not have attained to the ages of 30 years. 9 years of United States citizen. Inhabitant of that state which shall be chosen. Shall have the sole power to try all impeachment. Legislature 4
The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof: but the congress may at any time by law make or alter suck regulations regulations, except as to the places of choosing Senators.
The congress shall assemble at least once in every year and such meeting shall be on the first Monday of December, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.
Legislature 5 Each house judge of election, may determine the rules of its proceeding punish its members for disorderly behavior and with the concurrence of 2/3, expel a member. Shall keep a journal of its proceedings.
